Elysia Way has been described as an enigmatic musical talent;

defying easy categorization with her distinctive fusion of

bedroom/electronic pop and modern R&B.

Her passion lies in crafting intricate vocal arrangements

that seem to echo the charm of "early 2000s pop" over

hip-hop-infused beats.

Elysia's early exposure to music began with guitar and voice lessons at age 11.

Immersed in the Contois School of Music Band, where professionals and local students

converged, she honed her skills through frequent performances at weddings, local events, and festivals.

Transitioning into self-production, Elysia unveiled her debut single, "Show Me Your Mind," in 2018,

showcasing her soulful voice against an R&B backdrop.

Her studio-recorded EP, "Sincerely," debuted on March 14th, 2020, with producers

Ethan Midland and Parker Walters.

The EP explores a more pop-centric sound, including a piano ballad,

"Now That It's Cold."

From 2020 to 2022, Elysia continued to explore her sound through collaborations.

Noteworthy projects include "Lavender" with artist/rapper Chase Taylor,

"Bad Habit" alongside The Kuzari and Solly, "Anything" by Raphdidit, AyooPapo, and rapper

Chuckthespittah, and "Move On" with Kyle Fitzgerald and producer Johnny Calcagne.

Elysia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business

from Colorado University, Denver, in 2022.

Her most recent single, "Raincheck," debuted July 2nd, 2024 and final single off her upcoming sophomore project, scheduled to debut early 2025.

Truly a multifaceted artist, when Elysia Way wasn't on stage, she was

constantly sketching in her notebooks throughout grade school.

Elysia's world of black and white acrylic paintings is a natural progression from her early pen drawings.

However, it was only after graduating college that Way embarked on a fully creative journey, finding a way to seamlessly blend both her music and art. Her designs can be seen on the album covers of her own music, including "2yrnxtgf," "Lessons of Losing," "Aimless," and "Raincheck."

Way's unique style focuses on surreal portraits of musical artists who inspire her, as well as tarot cards that she feels align with her position in life. Her black and white paintings capture the essence of these energies and artists, merging their likeness with abstract elements to create thought-provoking and visually striking pieces
